Dr. Sundari Mase delineates contact tracing practices in Sonoma County. We thank our parishioners and visitors for cooperating with our mass registration process. An outbreak is defined as 3 or more cases, and if this occurs, our data would be provided to the county. Notice that Dr. Mase states that this data is treated with confidentiality and not shared with any other government agencies.
For our visitors, please take the card which is dated as a reminder of when you attended mass at one of our churches. You are asked to report to us if you test positive or are diagnosed positively with COVID-19 immediately, and we will contact you if we have an outbreak in our parish.
