The St. Elizabeth’s RUMMAGE SALE is Oct 4 & 5 at St. Hubert’s Hall (across the street from the church, behind the Fire House.) We need gently used clothing, household items and working electronics. If you have items to donate, contact Jan Brown or Joe Torres at (707) 604-7386 to make an appointment to unlock the hall basement and store your items. Proceeds from the rummage sale benefit St. Elizabeth’s Church and the community. NOTE: We are setting up a day early. If you are available Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 2:00 PM please lend a hand!
Special thanks to St. Elizabeth’s Guild and the volunteers who are making this week end’s Jazz and Blues Festival Parking a success. Thanks especially to our loyal patrons – both lots were full on Saturday! We made $6,860 for the 3 churches! Hats did not arrive in time but will get them Tuesday and distribute next week end at mass. Thanks again Rose Chromy, Grace Schemerhorn, Rosie Bohny, Frank Danzart, Jean Koutz, Fran Korn, Michele McDonell, Mary Anne Gustafson, John O’Connell, David Gillespie, Carlos Gonzales, Ben Robles. Special thanks and welcome to new volunteers Michael Collins RN, Vincent Umscheid RN, Patty Johnston and Valerie Pritchard!
Sept 29 update: Remember the St. Elizabeth’s Guild Rummage Sale October 4 & 5:
Setting up starts Oct 1. Wednesday.
Sept. 27: St. Vincent de Paul Society HARVEST FOR HUMANITY Dinner and Auction. This year’s fund raiser will donate proceeds to the Free Dining Room in Santa Rosa. We had two tables for St. Elizabeth’s parishioners – the highlight of the evening was Fran Korn’s winning the two night package in Marshall and home made dinner for 8. Fran’s contribution was in memory of her late husband Buzz (Bertrand) who was very committed to the St. Vincent de Paul Society for many years. Congratulations Fran and group who will enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious meal! See more photos and event information on the St. Vincent de Paul page of our website.
